Communion at mass?

Person that ate a

b.
Person that took
medicine 30 minutes before Communion
c.
Person who missed Mass
previous Sunday due to a barbecue and hasnt made it to Confession
d.
A Non-Catholic who
is pious and attends church regularly.
THE ANSWER
IS
.. B
.only the medicine taker can receive Communion.
We must fast at least an hour from food (water and medicine are ok)
before taking Communion. If there is an unconfessed mortal sin, we must not
receive Communion until we have given a sincere confession to a priest. Of course, in confession, we arent really
confessing to a priest but rather to Christ Himself.
It would be better for us to fall off a cliff on the way to Mass than
to take Communion unworthily.
The Bible says: "Whoever, therefore, eats the
bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of
profaning the body and blood of the Lord. Let a man examine himself, and so eat
of the bread and drink of the cup. For any one who eats and drinks without
discerning the body eats and drinks judgment upon himself. That is why many of
you are weak and ill, and some have died." (St. Paul, 1 Cor 11:27-30,
explaining we must have clean souls when we partake in the Body of Christ)

(The Eucharist is Christs true Body and Blood. Its one of the most clear
Biblical teachings. It was believed by the Early Christians, whose lives
revolved around the Eucharist and the Mass. There is no greater treasure on
Earth than the Eucharist, which gives us spiritual life, and allows Jesus to
live through us. Catholics with strong faith want to receive the Eucharist
every day.
Id suggest reading the book, The Lamb's Supper:
The Mass as Heaven on Earth by Scott Hahn or The Mass
of the Early Christians by Mike Aquilina.
If you research your favorite saints, you will see that they all had a
great love of the Eucharist. Everything they did was made possible through the
Eucharist.
Mother Teresa wrote: Where
will you get the joy of loving? in the Eucharist, Holy Communion. Jesus has
made Himself the Bread of Life to give us life. Night and day, He is there. If
you really want to grow in love, come back to the Eucharist, come back to that
adoration.
The Eucharist is the secret to life
the secret to growing in
holiness
..the secret to a joyful marriage
.the secret to becoming a saint
. the
secret to fulfilling your Christian mission of helping the poor, the sick and
the lonely
.the secret to your helping heal the world
.the secret to letting
Jesus work through you
Its very simple:
Salvation is through Jesus. The Eucharist
is Jesus.
