If no priest could reach you in time, anyone can baptize you. 

A valid Baptism is accomplished as long as 1) the person uses water (not soda, oil, etc.) and 2) the correct words are said: “I baptize you in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.” Believe it or not, even a Buddhist or an atheist can validly baptize you should the need arise.
